If you have anything that would help your lawyer prepare — a letter, contract, notice or photos — you can share it securely now. It's completely optional; you're just as welcome to bring documents to the consult or send them after we speak.

Changing or cancelling your appointment
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel. With that much notice we will move your appointment or refund your fee, whichever you prefer.
With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refunded. We hold it as a credit towards a future appointment with Lawyers of Preston, so you do not lose it.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
