Criminal Law & Traffic Matters

Experience in criminal, traffic, drink driving and Magistrates Court matters. Appearance experience in Melbourne, Broadmeadows, Sunshine, Heidelberg and Ringwood courts preferred.

Urgent Barrister / Solicitor Full-Time or Contractor

Family Law — Parenting, Property & FVIOs

Family law experience including parenting arrangements, property settlements, intervention orders and divorce. Federal Circuit & Family Court experience essential.

Solicitor Full-Time or Part-Time

Immigration Law — Visas & Review Tribunal

Visa applications, AAT reviews, Migration Review Tribunal appearances. Experience with student visas, partner visas, skilled migration and cancellations preferred.

Solicitor Contractor Welcome

Civil Litigation, VCAT & Employment

Civil disputes, VCAT matters, building disputes, debt recovery, unfair dismissal and employment law. Candidates with experience across multiple practice areas are encouraged to apply.
